Our first Men’s Gathering was a resounding success, and what made it truly special was its simplicity. It wasn’t bogged down by excessive photos, rigid requirements, endless roll calls, over-the-top planning, strict schedules, or flawless speakers. Instead, it was a space for us to just exist, to come together in search of Jesus.
The guys gathered around the table, sharing meals and hearty laughter, sometimes even poking fun at one another. They were immensely grateful to Mosquito Joe’s of Corinth for generously providing HoneyRock with a venue, where our guys could convene and listen to stories of struggle and redemption.
Our friend Jeremy left everyone in awe with his mouthwatering homemade BBQ lunch, and Joshua joined forces with the wise Isaac Smith to share the profound messages that Jesus had placed on their hearts for this event. It was a valued moment for the guys to hit the brakes, take a breather, and dive deeper into what Jesus has in store for them as leaders in this fast-paced life.
